Tuesday WLS Train
Heard the rumbling this morning and have medicated the dog and it is working. Saturday we were not home when storm hit and he clawed wall in the hall. At least it was the same spot as before so no new damage just larger.
I downloaded my first book, Al Roker Never going back. I am not much of a reader but thought I could use the tablet DH got me as a reader and since support group will be discussing the book thought I would give it a try.
Winter weather this morning in my area, no plans to leave the house.
Work on the agenda and it is packed with B2B meetings.
Have a great day!

Morning Everyone,
UGH I was work you this AM by the sound of thunder. After that I got up and started laundry...then turned on the TV and was watching the news and saw the sleet/snow mix that Dallas area was getting. SO I decided to look outside and see if we had some. Yep....we are getting it too. UGH Thank God I don't have to get out of my house till 1 today. I am not thrilled about this junk at all. Oh well....that's our wild Texas winters huh?? LOL Don....glad Jan is feeling better and Saundra...glad your dog chose to claw the same spot. Have a blessed day everyone.
Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian

Happy, sleet-y morning, from Johnson County! It's covering the ground out there, but isn't sticking, of course, and is actually kinda pretty (probably won't FEEL pretty in a few minutes!)..
DON-I just read your train post from yesterday..dehydration-huh?..Now...whom would have thought THAT??? Surely now your TMB sister wives who nagged and nagged you to drink drink drink drink, while you insisted on being a manly man and working sick...sheesh..Do as we SAY, not as we DO...
I'm STILL not "well", myself..I can't even believe it..the junk is just a parasite that attaches itself and sucks the juice right out of a person..Fever hasn't been an issue, but I swear my hair and toenails hurt sometimes, and I've coughed so much I feel like I've done 1,000,000 abd crunches (and we all know THAT ain't happened!)..Yesterday I was playing on the floor with a 7 month old and she crawled across my midsection...I nearly cried outloud...I need a copy of THAT video...YouTube city, baby...
The GOOD side of all this illness is weight loss...Who can eat?...I haven't weighed, but can def see difference in clothes. I AM getting in minimum of 2 protein shakes-sometimes 3-and lots of CL and hot tea..but solid food just not sitting well...I need to stay at least a little sick for about 3-4 months !!!
Need to go warm up my chariot...Hope everyone has a fabulous/SAFE day !

Reporting in from the frigid arctic tundra (aka Austin) here. It's cold. *insert long tirade about being cold all the time here*
Got a sick 12 year old boy home from school today. Yay. (that's sarcasm)
The almost 10 year old girl had an attitude so barely spoke to me this morning.
Is 8am too early for wine?

Good snowy Tuesday to everyone! My drive down from Lewisville into N. Dallas wasn't bad at all. Of course I didn't get out on the road till 8:45. Didn't know it was going to snow this morning. So was quite the surprise. Work today is the only thing going on in my life. Started a pot of soup in the crock pot this morning before I left. So dinner will be done when we get home! yeah! Gina hope you get better soon. Don, glad you and Jan are better.
