Medicare coverage for sleeve in Texas?

With all of the recent Medicare policy changes regarding the sleeve, I need some help. Does anyone know if there are any doctors/providers in Texas that will bill Medicare (as primary not secondary)  for the sleeve?

My dad really needs the procedure but isn't able to pay for it. I've read that Medicare/CMS have approved the procedure but its still left up to "regional providers" to decide. 

Any info would be helpful!

My only thoughts is to start contacting surgeons that does the sleeve and see if they work Medicare or ask your Dads PCP if he has knows one.

Hopefully someone will see this post and know a doctor.
