Good morning TX OHer's. I have to visit my mom today and take her a couple of meals I froze for her, then hit the grocery store and clean my house and do laundry. Looking forward to some time to just rest also. Have a good day.

My plan to sleep late was rudely interrupted by the fur child wanting to play "licky face".  Guess I can follow her lead and take a nap after I do some running around myself.

Really bummed out by the news out of Newtown, CT.  Hard to wrap my head around somebody having a major malfunction and killing twenty CHILDREN.  Killing one child is hard enough to swallow but TWENTY!  These kids had never done a thing to this POS.  He was a sociopath with grandiose illusions and wanted his fifteen minutes of fame.  I guess in his FUBAR'ed mind he figured he'd get it with such an act.

Prayers for the families.  Hats off and more prayers for the First Responders who answered the call and had to go into that scene.

Still laying in bed, did not want to get up to go to breakfast with DH so I will get breakfast in bed.

Today plan to shop and get that haircut I did not get yesterday.

Yesterday shootong breaks my heart, Praying for the victims families.
