FRIDAY GRATEFUL POST

Good Morning Everyone,

Hope everyone is looking forward to the weekend.   I have a Christmas party sunday afternoon with a bunch of people who use to be on my state board here on OH.   I'm looking forward to that....I haven't seen many of them in quite a few years.   Today I am so grateful that even though I went to a Christmas party last night and I even ate there I didn't have any gain.    I am so very grateful for my WLS and all the choices of surgeries today for the pre ops to choose from.    I am also grateful that at more than 7 yrs. post op I am still able to lose a few pounds and that my "tool of choice" still works.     So very grateful that my bariatric surgeon  over 7 ( almost 8 ) years ago referred the people who came to his WL seminar to Obesity Help.    I feel that OH has a great deal to do with my success as a weight loss surgery patient.    I am grateful that I made the choice all those years ago to have my WLS.    This was one of the best decisions I have ever made.   PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today.   Have a blessed and wonderful weekend.
