Wednesday Early WLS Express - All Aboard!!!

Early out of the round house, on the track, about to release the brakes, put the steam to the drivers and get going!

Work early then head to San Antonio.  Have not been to the River Walk or completed the Texas "naturalization" process by paying homage at the Alamo to Davy Crockett et al.

Oh, seen the new gift card from Starbucks?  Saw it on the news this AM.  $450!  $50 for the metal card and comes with $400 credit toward coffee etc.  Hint, hint.

Go forth and watch out for the idiots around you!

P.S.  Somebody else will have to be the engineer for the next few days.  Any one who wants to "drive" is welcome.

Good morning, Don. Have a great trip to San Antonio. It's always a fun place to visit. The wax museum near the Alamo is a good place to visit also.

I'm off to work a little later, then have a meeting at the rehab center with siblings in the late afternoon to discuss mom's therapy and progress.

Have a great trip to SA Don.   I LOVE San Antonio !!!!   Enjoy the riverwalk.   This is my favorite time of year to go there....beautiful weather and beautiful lights everywhere.     Go to the Mexican Market and see the missions if you get a chance ( hope they some of them aren't still being renovated ) Haven't been there since June when I got my son out of Teen Challenge there.    I'm sorry I didn't get on the train yesterday but boy did i have a surprise  ( Gina's post ) when I got on there today.    CONGRATS again to Gina and Richard for making it legal !!   I get to go see my precious granddaughter in 2 hours....I am excited about that then I am meeting Phyllis about 1 to go walking.    I am looking forward to seeing her and visiting while we walk.    I'm almost done with my Christmas shopping.   I absolutely LOVE Christmas....I was floored the other day when my 26 yr. old said he HATES Christmas.  How could anyone HATE Christmas???    Oh well....I'm just going to have to let that one go.   LOL   Anyway have a safe and fun trip Don and praying for your Momma....Karla and I hope she is doing alright.    Prayers for everyone in need.   Have a great day Ya'll !!!

How many cups of coffee would $400.00 get you from Starbucks? Is that a month supply? Glad I don't drink coffee.

Trying to get ready for baby shower on Sunday, I wish I would have rented a room at one of the community centers. I went to Anna's last night to get things to make the house look more presentable and spent 150.00 on slip covers, curtains and a rug.   I  really wanted new sofas but figure slip covers are cheaper.  

MIL fell off porch at BIL yesterday and broke a bone in her arm.  She in a rehab hospital not sure I understand why she in rehab and so quickly.

Todays agenda is work and picking up around the house.

Good morning Everyone,  haven't had a chance to jump on the train the last few days.  Work is busy, life is busy and I'm getting sick.  DH is traveling in NM for business and he is sick also.  He will be home Friday evening, hopefully, both of us will be feeling better.  Went up to OKLA this past weekend to visit my Dad.  That's all that is going on in my world.  Hope everyone has a wonderful day.  Congrat's to Gina!
