Hello Everyone,

This sunday is our monthly support group meeting.  It is important around the 
holidays to get as much support as possible to keep us on track.  Out topic 
this month is focus on the holidays and i have several NEW recipes to share with 
you that are SF holiday cookies.  So please come out and lets all support one 
another in a healthier lifestyle this Christmas and for the Christmas parties
