Monday WLS Express

Good morning. I will be off to work by 7:30. We have a day full of patients today. Days usually fly by on Patient day. We are building up to 2 days of patients by January each week. The other 3 days we just book appointments, file claims, clean, etc. so much less stress than the school and I love it. Our dentist works filling in at an office in Houston, so it works well for us as we build our patient load as a start up office.

Christmas will be here soon. I'm about ready. Hooe you all are. We are headed to the Cayman Islands around Christmas for 6 days, so I didn't do much decorating. Just enough to know its Christmas. I'm looking forward to the beautiful sunny skies and blue water.

Good morning,

Had a good weekend, did a little shopping for Baby Shower I am hosting next Sunday and went a visited Dad.  

MIL is back at my BIL so don't have that duty this week, DH did tell him we need more of a notice next time. 

Going into the office today, told the person that is here from Boston that I would come in and help get the workstation set up for the training she will be doing.  I wish now I had not told her I would come in but it is easier to be on site to help then trying to do remotely plus I have not seen her since I lost weight, I just hate having to get up early and fighting traffic.

The Polar Express Saturday evening was well within tolerances and hot chocolate mug is definitely a keeper.  Cool looking cup.  Geared more to the little ones and the grandkids really enjoyed themselves.

Managed to hang lights on the house over the weekend also.  Have not started hanging the lights on the pipe and sucker rod fence that goes around the house.  Clark Griswald would have really gone bonkers using the LED lights we have available now and the remote control to turn things on and off!  Had not hung lights on the house in probably ten years.  Lost the heart for doing it and was getting way to big to be climbing all over the roof.  Lot easier at 170 than when I was pushing 300+!

Short week at work.  No Caymans for us but two nights in San Antonio then youngest grandkid's birthday party in Conroe Saturday morning.

I had a horrible weekend.  Hope this week gets better.   Lots of drama ( I HATE drama ) with my middle son and his ex fiancee this weekend & I seemed to get the brunt of it all.   UGH I was so wiped out by yesterday AM that I cancelled my December Support Group meeting.   I'm trying to get sick too.   I may have to go to my PCP and get put on blood pressure meds.   Seems since I'm getting older everytime I get mega upset now my BP goes sky high and I almost pass out.    That is NOT good.   I guess the lifetime of stress that I've lived with is finally taking a toll on my body.    If it happens one more time....I will be getting on some meds and maybe even anti-depressants although I do NOT want back on those things.    I HATE them and how they make me feel.     Keep me in your prayers that all the drama stops.   I can not take much more.   Hope everyone has a great week.
