Hump Day WLS Express

Enough said on yesterday's election.  At least in the local races my picks won.

City Council backed me on situation that a resident appealed to them about.  Broken kid toys are refuse/garbage/JUNK!  Just to appease the idiot's displeasure with the wording on my letter I have to send him a new letter worded better.  Just because he could not hit the right link on the city website.  Like I said idiot.

Work is at the top of the agenda.  That and checking one way air fare to Australia.

Good morning, DON, and the rest of my TMB family! I don't debate politics/religious/how to raise kids with the people I love..but..sure do LOVE LOVE LOVE your piece of chosen artwork this morning, Brother. I will continue to pray for the "leaders" of our country, as I always have..and will now throw in extra special prayers for the rest of us..again...BIG sigh...I will continue to work my flabby a@@ off, until I drop dead, in the coal mines, to buy Marboro Reds and Dr. Pepper for those who cannot find their way to said coal mines...oops..I said I was not going to debate this..sorry...

Anyhoo...all else in good in Gina-land...much, much, much less stess...Work now is WAY more physical, which is EXACTLY what I needed...My muscles are so sore I can barely move. from getting up and down, from the floor, with the babies who can crawl, etc, but it's a GOOD sore...and reminds me how out of shape I have ALLOWED myself to get. I also have NO TIME to graze..a true win/win !!

Agenda today..work..then home to work on some craft projects I have been procrastinating about. It is so great to FEEL like doing something when I get home !

Hope everyone here is doing well, and that VIVIAN wins a pot load of money, in Vegas, so ALL OF US, can have the option of not working and stay home with our Marlboro Reds and Dr. Pepper...well..maybe not the Marlboro thing..and maybe Crystal Light instead of Dr. Pepper..but you get my drift...

Well so far no rioting in the streets or looting the stores.

Well yesterday was another long stressful day. Praying today will be better.

I am counting down to long weekend.
Got flu shot yesterday, first one I have gotten, PCP recommend it.
