LOSE IT 4 LIFE ( OBESITY HELP ) SUPPORT GROUP MEETING
This coming sunday is our monthly meeting for Lose It 4 Life. As we ALL know the holiday's can be a huge challenge for many of us. Come out this sunday ( it is only 1 hour long ) and get some great holiday ideas and recipes too. Who knows....I may even have something for you to try. The topic of this months meeting is What to Stuff. Hope you can attend this month and be prepared for the upcoming holidays.
