Good morning, my TMB family! Here I am, cranking the train up, 2 days in a row...I am a bit surprised myself..and happy !

Work went really well yesterday-such a different atmosphere. Every job/workplace will have it's own set of stress/problems, of course, but the nosebleeds and baby vomit are way different than back stabbing and throat slicing...

From reading everyone's "stuff" yesterday, sounds like y'all are as busy as ever...and everyone sounds healthy..

DON- sounds like you're still fighting grime AND crime! And you seem very happy with your life now. I'm so glad

VIVIAN-Miss Tigerlily is amazing-but you KNOW that-right?? She is growing up too darn quickly, though. I haven't even gotten to see her, IRL, yet. I'd hate to have to wait until her high school graduation, Are you sure you can leave her long enough for a trip to Vegas???

SAUNDRA-from your posts I'm guessing your daddy got his colostomy reversed? I know I have said it before, but it bears repeating-you are am AWESOME daughter! My daddy. "Pop" has been gone over 22 yrs, and sometimes I miss him like he just left yesterday

ANNE-is there a graduation party planned? I do know the way to Austin, ya know (hint, hint)

No fighting crime by fighting grime today.  It is District Court day!  Don't know if I'll be on the stand first or my Chief.  It will be a "bench trial" without a jury.  The young man is looking at several years in prison.  He should have stayed out of the fray to begin with and should have done what he was told to do and not resisted when we went to take him into custody.  I know that OC spray is not the most pleasant stuff!

Gina....Word of advice...since I know you have only son's too.....the DIL's seem to take the baby to their "family" more than the dads.   I am "lucky' if I get to see Tigerlily once a week.    I do LOVE that baby so much and yes she is growing like a weed.   She is now rolling over and giggling out loud.   She is my precious little Angel.   I need a break from stress and life and Vegas is the prefect answer.   I love the hotels and the malls and of course people watching ( so many strange creatures there LOL ).   I will miss her of course.    They are closing on their home tomorrow so I know that they are so excited about that.   They want to be moved by Thanksgiving.    I need to get off here.   I am Co- baby sitting my Tigerlily at noon at her other grandma's house ( glad she will share her with me ) should be fun.   Gotta run got to go give one of my Senior patrons ( 80 ) a perm.   Have a blessed day and I am SO glad your job is a perfect fit for you.    Have a blessed day everyone and forgive me for not talking more.   I am running late now.   LOL

Good afternoon

I am taking the late train today, had to start work at 6 this morning and have not had time to board or eat. At doctors office now for my 3 year check up then back home to work do more before I head to see dad.

Gina, my dad did have reversal and everything is going great. Thanks for asking.
