What to expect on 1st visit to surgeon ?

Im asking if anybody out there has ever used the surgeon Dr Green Jr ? This surgeon seems so awesome ! And if they have can you tell me what to expect for the first consultation with him I have been to the seminar and familiar with weight loss surgery I currently have the lapband and wanting to get the gastric sleeve I know he will do the revision and sleeve in one day what I'm asking is I'm a self pay patient and I know people who have insurance the wait is longer to schdule surgery . I know there are pre ops and test what kind of tests does he require and how much weight loss is required with him I weight 251 and how long do I haft to wait for a surgery date being a cash paying patient ? I was also told told that the surgery would be performed at doctors hospital in Dallas ? I would like any body that has been in my position here give me feed back and some help I really believe the sleeve will help and I'm excited to start feeling better and being healthy god bless each one of you for your courage and strength to better your lives :0)) thanks
