Surgeons
im writing in hopes that a surgeon will see this and allow me to make payments. our credit does not qualify for the loan programs that drs typically use. ive called several. im also not going to travel to mexico and brazil costs more than just having it done in the states. everyone seems to want the money up front or they are willing to do the surgery for free for some patients. yet im not asking for a free surgery, just the chance to make payments even if that means you automatically draft my account every month! i live in new ulm tx 78950 and have been mostly looking in the houston area however i am willing to travel. im interested in the gastric sleeve. any help is appreciated. thanks in advance.
I hope you get our wish. I don't think any surgeons look on this board. Most of them have more patients than they can handle. OAC - Obesity Action Coalition does help patients sometimes. Surgeons are part of that organization. They are having their first convention n Dallas October 25-27 at the Hilton Anatole. They have a website.
Good luck. You may just need to start putting that money into a savings account and then pay for surgery as soon as you have enough. I have a friend who just got a sleeve in Houston for around $10-12,000 cash.
