Friday WLS Express
Good morning, all ! OH and my laptop seem to be getting along, this AM, so I'm going to attempt to get the train on the tracks...
It's been the usual busy, busy week in Gina-land...no "holiday" here, yet..normal busy Friday planned today..
Tomorrow will go to Arlington to do 6am-6pm shift, to "sit" with my friend's 92 y/o dad. It's the same friend whose MIL I stayed with last month-Paulette's dad is a bit healthier, but he may not be after 12 hrs with ME..lol..I think it must be my singing...)..He has 24 hr caregivers, and there was a shift she couldn't fill, so I offered...Mr. C is sorta up and about, and VERY forgetful, so the hrs will probably pass quickly!
Sunday we will be going to Austin for baby nephew, Ayden's, first birthday party. His "being born day" was 7-11-11. I got him a kid Mickey Mouse flip chair love seat thing that flips out into a napping couch--too cute! The fun part will be holding in laps on the way to Austin!
Guess that's all MY news!

We Can Do Hard Things
Today is the date my late husband died back in 2001 so I've been awake for a while-anxiety attack at 4am so I'm uP and will start my work laptop soon. Might as well work- maybe ill nap later.
No plans for the weekend that I know of. Bryan leaves Sun AM for work. That's about it. Take care everyone!
Least it will be in the AC. Nothing special for the weekend. Maybe some yard work and a Sam's run and those are the highlights.
My niece had her baby yesterday, she had a boy...7lbs 11oz. We leave in the morning and should be there Sunday.
DH is off today so I am thinging he can take me to lunch. Work and packing is on the agenda.

Not much going on in my life right now. I've been dealing with a hurting left shoulder and arm hurting sometimes all week. I think I did it by lifting my Aldi bag that was TOO full with stuff. Kinda sad that you live in a house full of MEN who WON'T get groceries in for you. UGH. We have a wedding to go to tomorrow for one of my sons friends. I remember when this man was born. Anyway and then my support group meeting on sunday. Hope everyone has a great day and weekend. Congrats Saundra and the new baby in your family. It's less than 4 weeks now till my granddaughter's due date. Can't wait for that to happen. Have a great one everyone !!!
