Daily Calorie Plate - 5-11-12
I don't really have a plan today......but I do have healthy choices with me.......I have been doing really well for the past 2 days, not grazing - no chocolate and nothing that I shouldn't have.............
Foods for today - but not necessarily in this order. I will NOT be eating everything - but these are my choices for today and they are with my in my portable kitchen sink....(a.k.a. lunch pail)
Coffee
Butter & Garlic Croutons (crunchy)
Coffee
Turkey and cheese roll-ups
1 cup 1% cottage Cheese
NSA - unsweetened Applesauce
Chicken Salad with saltine crackers (5)

- As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain. Not happy about that.

I've not had much plans today either. LOL I've had 2 boiled eggs, a cheese stick and a taco. Not sure what I will have for dinner today....I am in San Antonio right now and about to head toward the Riverwalk with Shawn's GF. We're going to have a "girl night" and have fun. Tomorrow Shawn wants to go see the Avengers. I'm SO PROUD of you girl. Keep up the great work.
