DFW Platic surgeon that helps with insurance?

I'm new to the area and really want plastics.  I need a hystorectomy so was thinking that maye I could comine to get things paid easier  When I went to see the surgeon in LA that my Gyno reccommended it would still be about 5K added to the hystorectomy however they did ask my insurance and seems like there mught be a crack in door since insurance did not say they dont cover but wanted more info.  if there is a Dr in this area that knows the ropes I would love the contact.   i am also willing to travel if I need to.  I have family in Houston so going there is an option
