GOOD MORNING EVERYONE !!

It was a BEAUTIFUL weekend.  Its amazing how God's plan for us is different when we stop and listen.   The sounds of nature on Saturday morning was just incredible.   It just sounded different to me since I wasn't "rushed" in going out the door to work !!  Yeah - I'll miss my work on the weekends but I think that God has a different plan for me and its time that I STOP and listen to him !!

I rested this weekend and didn't do much but got my laundry done, sheets washed - and well - I just played and relaxed this first weekend "off" - not that I worked a whole lot the former weekends, but it was just differnt.

Nascar turned into a "napcar" for me......yes - I slept for the first 150 laps or so....Nice -  then jumped up and went to Frys with Amanda and then she treated her Uncle and myself to dinner at El chico's.      I haven't been hungry much lately - not sure whats up with that - but i'll take it...
I had 2 chicken enchaladas - NO CHIPS AND NO CHEESE SAUCE.....but thats okay - I was content !!

What is all the hype about this program called  "GCB"  I hadn't heard about it until this morning on KLUV........then a friend of mine in OKC on FB was just all over it "against" it - signing petitions(not really - but just really offended by it)     etc.......  KLUV was speaking to the author live this morning on the radio.....anyway - ....

Talk to you all later !!  HAVE A GREAT DAY !!
  • Pease check out Dr. Connie Stapleton's Website. A lot of good information on there for all WLS patients regardless of the surgery you chose.  Good luck to all and I'm here for you if you want to send me an email.  I'll answer it as soon as possible.

Late post for Monday....but it was a good day here.
Got my truck inspected (had a fear it would not pass). And was able to drive to town and back on my own. (For those of you who know me - know that my PTSD at times hinders my ability to drive - not really my ability, but my concern I will have a panic attack.)
Tomorrow headed to the social security office to hopefully clear up some issues.
