Anyone From Tyler or nearby?

Is anyone on that is from Tyler or close by?  Do you know of a support group in the East Texas area?  Hoping to have RNY sometime in April with Dr. McKinney.(only in network doctor) Does anyone have any experience with this surgeon.  Have not heard anything about him but everyone raves about Dr. Babineau in Tyler.   

I'm west of Athens close to Cedar Creek Lake. Can't suggest a support group or know anything on Dr. McKinney since I had my surgery in Dallas at Baylor.  Dr. Babineau did my ex-wife's RNY.

 dr hugh babineaus office has a meeting every 3rd monday of the month at 7pm
