Finally FRIDAY WLS Express
I got up at 4:45 so I'm trying to be productive. My only accomplishment thus far is a cup of coffee!
My day will be spent getting ready to head to Galveston this afternoon so I can sail off into the Caribbean tomorrow! I'm heading to a cruise for my birthday and I am so excited.
The only down part of the deal is that the final draft of my dissertation proposal is due to my committee on the 20th so I'll be spending the early part of the cruise putting final touches on Chapters 1, 2, & 3! After that though, it's all fun and sun!
I'm trying to decide when to head south. I may leave earlier than I had originally planned. My son called me yesterday and is very excited for our 8 hr. visit tomorrow. We may do the tourist things around SA. Not 100% sure yet. I am NOT looking forward to the drive home though. I don't do well driving after dark. I want to sleep once the sun goes down. LOL I am really looking forward to our visit and finding out how Teen Challenge is there. Gina you have fun with the wedding. I too can't imagine a wedding at a skating rink but hey....there have been weddings in stranger places. LOL Everyone have a great weekend and if you think about me on saturday say a prayer that I will make it home safe and sound and not try to go to sleep driving home.

Good morning,
Work and dinner out tonight is all I have on the agenda today. Yesterday I was able to get caught up on laundry and get most of the suitcases unpacked. I just have the hangup and overnight bags to go.
Monday is a holiday and looking forward to the 3 day weekend, however I may end up working a few hours Saturday or Sunday just to get caught up.

Thank goodness it is Friday, this week has been so stressful.
I haven't been posting on the boards as much lately due to how busy I've been with the wedding invitations I'm making and wanted you all to know I think about you and keep you in my thoughts and try to read in the evenings to keep up with how everyone is doing.
I am working on wedding invitations for my best friends sister. With the short notice I was given to get them made it has been crazy. I've been spending every spare moment on them. I finally got the files for the invitation and the monogram embellishment to the printing company and all the other paper is on order. Now I have to design the RSVP card and the reception card so I can get them to the printing company by Tuesday, that is if the paper comes in by then. Once I get the printed invitations back I get to glue 7 rhinestones on each one and there are 350, that is 2450 stones! They are going to be beautiful though! I will post a picture once they are all together.
I'm looking forward to the support group meeting tomorrow. OH Rox Round Rock will be in South Austin. I really hope people I've talked to down here will come and we have a decent turn out.
Gina - While odd to have a wedding at a skating rink I bet it will be fun to watch everyone try and skate. I am a people watcher so that would keep me entertained.

Celebrating family birthdays tomorrow. Mother, brother and I all have "milestones" this year so saving the hassle and just doing one shindig for all three.
