Good morning, family! Hope everyone is healthy, wealthy and wise this morning--or at least 2 out of 3 !!
I guess my biggest good news, of the day, is that I got some SLEEP last night!! This past week of broken sleep, at 2-3 hrs duration max, was really taking it's toll on my beauti-fulness and sparkly personality (sacrcasm intended)..I spent 9 hrs of hard physical labor, yesterday, helping Corbin clean/paint his room yesterday-with the window open..felt SO good..Must have just worn myself out..cuz then I crashed and burned...now my allergies are a wreck, of course..but I don't care---I SLEPT !!
Today's plans include church, grocery store, book club mtg, laundry, getting meal plan and vitamins ready for the week....but..for now...gonna just sit here, with coffee and chihuahuas, and catch up, with y'all...

I'm FRUSTRATED with my weight loss. For weeks 14, 15, and 16 I have only lost 1 pound per week. This week I even reduced my calories per day to 700-800 (making sure I got my protein in and plenty of water) but still did not see an increase in loss. I've also been working out at least four days per week.
This bums me out!
Today I'm spending my time working on the dissertation, edits to Chapter 3. I have Chapter two progressed to a good place so I'm heading in to Chapter 3 today. I'll continue working on both this week and getting my references all set and ready for submission to my committee by Feb. 20. Yikes.
Sorry I am jumping on late but I had to be at work early this morning. I am off work and starting my busy Sunday with running errands, a quick trip to the store for some salad fixins and fruit, gas up my car, and help with housework. Yesterday was busy and nutty since I decided to mow the backyard in 40 degree weather at 5:30 p.m. So today I am going to be a little smarter and take things easy. Yes, I am taking my vitamins, fluids, and protein.

Eating heavier and trying to balance carbs with protein and bored with food. but you know me I keep plugging along. I was pleased with going since July without a hospital visit! It is my longest stretch!!
