Here is my plan:

Exercise: C25K week one day 2....DONE

B coffee, hot tea and water
S sf iced coffee
L garlic soup
S 100 calorie snack if needed
D Mexican...not sure what's on the menu
S if needed, Greek yogurt or banana "ice cream"(just frozen food processed banana with Splenda, cocoa and some pecans

L: Taco Cabana- lunch w/ a co worker
S: banana or orange
D: baked chicken n veggies
