"Personal Word" for 2012
Ok, inspired by Gina I've thought about it and read a little and have picked a word for this year for me.
Worthy
I picked this for a few reasons for several areas of my life. I am worthy of the time and effort it will take to reach my health goals. My family is worthy of investing quality time and focusing more on. My God is worthy of my praise and devotion and spending time getting to know and learn more about. My friends are worthy of investing time to develop and nurture our relationships.
noun 3. a person of eminent worth, merit, or position

My word for this year will be "re-focus"
I need to refocus on several areas of my life where I know I was happiest..:
Church, church family, church friends church time - GOD
Personal life at home........my home / apartment
ME...most of all...........MUAH !! ME
- Pease check out Dr. Connie Stapleton's Website. A lot of good information on there for all WLS patients regardless of the surgery you chose. Good luck to all and I'm here for you if you want to send me an email. I'll answer it as soon as possible.
- Total Lost: 139 lbs
- Current Weight: 263
- As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain. Not happy about that.
- RNY: 10-16-07 = 338: Highest weight: 350+ Lowest Weight: 199
Mine is "tranquility". Now that I have a handle on my weight, I need to turn the focus inward and find inner peace. The further out I get, the easier it is getting, but this is what I am working on.
