Ok, inspired by Gina I've thought about it and read a little and have picked a word for this year for me.

Worthy

I picked this for a few reasons for several areas of my life.  I am worthy of the time and effort it will take to reach my health goals.  My family is worthy of investing quality time and focusing more on.  My God is worthy of my praise and devotion and spending time getting to know and learn more about.  My friends are worthy of investing time to develop and nurture our relationships.

wor·thy

[wur-thee]  Show IPA adjective, -thi·er, -thi·est, noun, plural -thies.          adjective 1. having adequate or great merit, character, or value 2. of commendable excellence or merit; deserving
noun 3. a person of eminent worth merit, or position

Debbie, I have to remember to not read some things at work because I teared up reading your word. I love it and think we all can gain a lot through this one simple word. You are worthy as are all of us. Great word!
I'm not perfect but I'm me and that is good enough!

Mine is "tranquility". Now that I have a handle on my weight, I need to turn the focus inward and find inner peace. The further out I get, the easier it is getting, but this is what I am working on.

LAURA-I don't think I've ever seem anyone use the word TRANQUILITY before, but it seems to suit you so well. I love it!
