Back on Track - New Beginings 12-30-11
Here is my plan:
B - 1 bacon and egg breakfast taco..........Starbucks - green tea.......
Snack - Hot Lemon tea.........thru day................water..........
Protein Shake about 12:00ish
Lunch: Leftover Pork steak cooked in cream of mushroom soup
probably about 2pm - office closes at 3pm so I'm rearranging a few things today...
Dinner: Protein Shake - Unjury chicken soup w/ Hood milk.
I AM GONNA DO THIS TODAY !! HAVE A GOOD DAY

- As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain. Not happy about that.

We're planning on going out for "date night" tonight, so keeping today's eating a little lighter, to compensate.

L: left over roast (I had to grab it last night BEFORE supper)
S: Celery/PB
D: Planning on steak dinner/sweet potato/grilles veggies, if we go where I want to go (and we usually do!!)
E: 30 minutes floor exercises, with that damn ball

making a decent choice for lunch and dinner and adding in at least 2 more bottles of water before we go out tonight
making sure I am drinking water and/or diet soda between drinks tonight and taking it easy on drinking (we are celebrating my bday tonight) b/c I have to get up and drive 12-14 hours toward GA tomorrow
not a lot of a plan but beats nothing - I have very little input in what is available here at Dad's but I am working to make the best choices I can and I am ok with that
