Gina love the crazy dreams girl - prob is the carbs however I personally sleep much better when I have carbs - I have linked my insomnia to lack of carbs however I have also linked being able to breath while wearing jeans to lack of carbs in my diet LOL
peace my friends
I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail

DANNI-you crack me up me up!! I'm supposed to continue the "carb loading" thru Tuesday-two days post race, for the sake of my muscles...then go back to "normal eating"..well..what my "normal" is SUPPOSED to be..lol...I'm staying OFF the scale for 2 weeks, as instructed, but can already feel that my jeans tighter-just in less than a week-I'm pretty sure even my STRETCH exercise clothes are tighter!!
Just so y'all know-the carb "loading" is really only like 100-120 gm a day of things like plain potato/oatmeal/fruit..but it's things I don't usually eat much of-and I'm supposed to LIMIT protein to 60gm, so everything is "upside down" to me, and it really is HARD to teach THIS old dog new tricks!
