Ramblings of a 4-yr post op ** cross post***
First of all, you are not in a place to even THINK about a relationship. You need to work on your relationship with yourself. Work on that and taking care of yourself. You deserve to be happy and healthy. I would start with tracking your food on a regular day. Then cut back maybe 500 calories a day. You can probably even do that by making better choices and not necessarily eating less food (so you would not feel "deprived"). Get used to that and maybe cut back a little more in a few weeks. Now that the weather is getting nice, get out and walk. The fresh air will do you good and help clear your head. Tell yourself you are not allowed to play on the computer until you do so.
My highest weight was 339, so I was also a "heavyweight" pre-op. You can do this!!
