Good Morning my Peeps. I am back on board and trying to get some structure back in my life! Posting here reguraly is part of my structure. Health is slowly improvingg. My PCP has talked at length with my CC surgeon and I am feeling so much better about life and my surgery. My surgery was far more complicated than I thought and I understand much better how and what happened. As far as going back if I neeed some more reconstruction I will, but I wont let them put in the overflow ward and if they do I will be in a single room or next to the door and will be much stronger to stand up for myself.

I am actually going back to work 1/2 days tomorrow. I am excited this will help somuch in getting structure and a reason forgetting up in the morning. Mom is much better and they have found the source of her headaches and it is completelytreatable and she too is up and around and doing so much better. We have turned the corner to wellness together!

I had a good time Sat., unfortunately I cratered about 1/2 through. I had just done to much and ended up sleeping all day sun. Poor Teenie! Not the weekend she expected!!! But we will have a better one!!

Today I am grateful for my friends and family, by WLS tool and for a life getting back to normal.

Love yall,
Meggie

MEGGIE--((HUGS))-so good to see you to the train-I don't care if you're "faking or making"-you're HERE. You looked FABULOUS Sat night, and, if you were tired, you hid it very well. And our Teenie-WOW-she has gone from a cute lil girl to beautiful lil young lady (don't tell Grandpa Ken-it's obviously he stil thinks thinks she's his baby)...

When you feel up to it, I'm still interested in hearing more and more about CC-I never tire of hearing of your experiences. I'm glad you feel up to trying going back to work, and I kow you have the good sense not to over-do it. What GREAT NEWS ABOUT YOUR MOM!!!

Can you share any details about the source of the headaches? As you know, I'm always looking for "news" about headaches. I'm seeing a new Neuro next week for mine...

Again-you looked FABULOUS--but--you have, to me, for years..

Stealing a few moments from reading about Russian History.

Mike and I did buy a new house. It is in a great subdivision (further out in the country) Have a 9 hole golf course (not that either of us play), a fishing dock and swimming dock (but no water), and a great playground. we have not yet sold our other house, but since it is fully paid for - we have some time to get that to happen.

Still in school - just taking courses for fun now. I am lucky that I have a husband who is willing to let me be a professional student.

As far as eating....I am on pain killers for my back (MRI on Thursday which will hopefully diagnosis what the issue is) And they make my sicker than a dog. Choosing between pain or gagging is a hard thing to do! Not sure how much weight I have lost, but appreciate any of it as it makes up a very little bit for the nausea....

Take care all.

Ok ANNE..color me green..not that I care a rat's azz about studying Russian history, or having chronic back pain, but taking courses for fun and having a house on the golf course, with a fishing dock/swim dock (someday it may even have water!) sound WONDERFUL !! I'm not jealous about the gagging thing-hope that gets better for you!
