2 earthquakes and a growing hurricane- watch out for crazy weather!!!

Yesterday afternoon I was talking with a client whose office is less than 10 miles from me, and on the 3rd floor, and he felt the earthquake.  My office is on the ground floor of a one-story building, and I didnt feel it.  Kinda scary!!!

Not much is happening here, other than my 'nomal' routine...packing or trashing at night...LOL  Work is very quiet right now, the 'calm' before the September 15th corporate tax deadline (12/31 year end with extension filed).

My folks felt it near Philly, PA where they live. Mom was napping when she said the whole bed moved.
Wish I lived closer so I could help you pack. Hope you get through everything quickly. When is the move date?

Closing is Monday at 3pm, and I will have my car loaded to the brim, for initial moving, and hopefully get a second load done that night too.  When I get home that night, I will pack it up once again for Tuesday.  Movers come Tuesday, and Merry Maids come Wednesday to do the final cleanup.  With the movers, it is a minimum four hour charge, and just really need them to do the furniture...as I can get all the other stuff.

Oh and I forgot the 18 wheeler last night that closed 114 by our house-the smoke was so dark and profuse I thought it was a big warehouse on fire. And then the 18 wheeler crash this morning in Dallas- CRAZY!

Today I'm headed to Coleman Texas- about 3 hours south and west- more west than south- of here. I'll meet with a young lady who is visually impaired and recently got a job and then I'll drive back. I'm sure that will wipe me out for the day.

I didn't get much sleep for some reason-kept waking up. So I finally got up at 3:30 and did some housework. Now i just have to stay awake today! lol.

Good morning. No crazy weather here. It's still just hot and dry. We had 1-2" of rain a couple of weeks ago and that is about it since January. Hopefully the gulf will get a little TS to get us some rain. I just hope it's not NOLA OH conference week!

Working long hours right now. I have lots of students checking in school. I've already added four and will add more than that probably today.

Good morning all! Here's looking forward to a stress free day...I can dream-right?? Yesterday was one of those techno-distaster days. Our work computers are on a bldg wide network, as well as on a company network thinga jiggy (that's nurse tech talk)...a WATER BUG got into the system and closed down 6 businesses, for HOURS..granted it was a BIG water bug..but, still..gotta find the humor in it....threw me behind on getting my 2 new admissions into the Medicare data base, etc, etc so have a buttload of work to catch up today-before can start TODAY's work...btw-the bug LIVED..still looking for water, no doubt...

Good grief-just caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror..pink flowered dress/pink shrug/pink shoes/pink earrings..I look like Pepto Bismol Barbie..oh well..too late to change clothes now..I really should lay out wardrobe choices at night, while I'm still AWAKE..

Here's hoping everyone has a BUG FREE day/stays hydrated/takes their vitamins/does at least one good thing just for YOU YOU YOU YOU!!!!

I did something for ME, thanks for the chat this morning EVEN if I passed up SBUX and had to turn around AND I was LATE for work, haha.  In 4 years I've been late only a couple of times, this morning the coffee was a necessity.  I justify it with all those mornings I get in early, :)
