I NEED INFORMATION FOR A FRIEND!
I need information for a friend, about the cost of monthly vitamins and minerals. She is exploring RNY surgery, and asked me. I told her I didn`t know the answer for her, but I would find out. Any information you have would be appreciated.
I`m spending the day at my sister`s house, for a change of scenery, and to visit with my mother. How lucky are we to still have our mother. She will be 90 Nov. 1. I`m doing fair, and think about you all, all the time. i`d give anything to get a working computer, but it`s not in the cards for me money wise. Oh well it could be worse.
Take care, and thank you in advance for any information you can give me.

The prices will vary from person to person. Here is the suggested recommendation from the ASMBS http://s3.amazonaws.com/publicASMBS/GuidelinesStatements/Gui delines/bgs_final.pdf.
I buy certain vitamins from Vitalady, the others I get locally at CVS, Walgreen or Kroger when they have the Buy One Get One Free.

ELAINE-always love seeing your sweet face, my fellow Diva!! I spend probably about $10 a month, as I "replace" whatever I'm running low on. I try to catch sales at Walgreen's etc. when things like chewable Vit C are buy "one/get one free". The only thing I "special order" is my chewable Iron-from Vitalady-it's a big bottle that lasts for months. The INIIAL money may seem like alot, to your friend, but the monthly cost is really pretty minimal-much less than coffee, etc-and WAY less than Dr visits. You are so sweet to ask for her.
Come back every chance you get!!!
