Good morning!!!  I hope everyone is excited that it's Friday!!!  I know it's been along week at work for me and I'm ready for some down time... and time to hit the gym.  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

B: click mocha coconut frap
L: having a salad pot luck at work
D: shrimp enchilada casserole
Snacks: pop magic with 1T peanut butter, Swiss miss bar

L eating out in Huntsville...have no idea where
D pork fajitas and veggies
S frozen banana chocolate stuff

D: we'll see ; my "friend" just asked me out to dinner - potentially sushi (sooo excited!)
