Good morning!  Going to be a busy day at work for me which I guess is better then not having anything to do!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Good Morning Ladies,

Can you believe I managed to turn on my PC before work this morning??? Wow, feels good.  I usually post while at the office, but these days I'm just swamped.

Today's Master Plan:
- Prayer & Meditation
- Vitamins
- Water

B: Protein Shake
L: Grilled CK Salad
S: Almonds
D: Turkey Burger

- Exercise: 30 min. Interval - walk/run session

Motivation: New mini skirt :)
