Goal for weight to always start with 11*
At Goal - maintaining between 115 - 119
Good Evening Ladies,
Finally made it to OH. I've been swamped at work and running late, to everything, all week. Scale remains at goal, but I really need to work on having my meals on time & drinking my water . Also, I've been too busy to make it to my OA meetings, as well. This is not good for ANYONE, especially "me.
Need to work on prioritizing my life along w/ my WLS lifestyle needs.
