Good morning! Today we are headed to the waterpark for some fun in the sun!!! What's your plan for today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Snacks: ice cream cone from Sonic

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
Good morning Paige! Waterpark sounds refreshing while in all this heat!
B: eggs mixed with turkey meat. (originally planned on having a shake but I mixed Chike orange & Chike vanilla thinking I would have a DREAMSICKLE, instead I got one rather nasty concoction!) I guess I don't like Chike protein!
L: chicken salad
S: carbmaster yogurt
D: turkey burgers

Hope everyone is doing well this Tuesday morning.
Half my workday is gone and I'm doing well so far. Still on my meal plan and having a productive day as well. Hopped on the scale this morning and the number was agreeable, so that always helps.
Today's plan:
- Prayer & Meditation
- Vitamins
- Lots of liquids
- Healthy food choices/Planned eating
- Avoid PM grazing
- 40 min. exercise
- R&R - some reading
