Good morning!!!  Oops... forgot to post this morning before we went running!  Hubby and I got up early and went for a run/walk at 6am and it was sooooo hot!!!  But I just don't think I can force myself out of bed any earlier!  So what is your plan for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

Plan...

B: Biscuit with honey
L: salmon/cream cheese/2 multi grain crackers
D: Thai Tilapia w/broccoli slaw
Snacks: WW ice cream cone or Swiss miss bar

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast / Hood calorie countdown choc drink
L: Chicken salad / wasa cracker
D: Pork loin / veggie / potatoes
S: Fruit / ????

64 oz of water

Good morning ladies!   Lol, Paige, is it really any cooler b4 6am in Arizona?    Hubs swears that Arizona/Nevada heat is way different from Texas/LA heat because they don'thave the humidity but 100 is 100 in my book...lol!
