Plan.... Not really sure yet but here is a blueprint of what it might look like!!! Just hard to do when you are vacation!

Snacks: swiss miss bar, keylime pie

Saturday: Good afternoon ladies! Been junking out today, have no idea why. Honestly, I'm not even upset about it....been wanting a donut for weeks now!
B: strawberry protein shake
S: 1/2 doz donut holes
L: 1/2 hot dog at Sam's
S: 1/2 doz donut holes
D: have no clue yet but will stick to protein( ended up eating 1/2 of a small Pappadeaux salad, 1/2 cup of crawfish bisque, few bites of blackened tilapia)

Sunday: Good morning ladies!
B: hubs wants to go out for breakfast- Frank's Grill, will have 1 scrambled egg, 1 slice of bacon and a few bites of hashbrowns
S: carbmaster yogurt
L: tuna salad
S: pear
D: grilled pork chops n veggies

Haven't done real bad with eating....in fact I have eaten very little in the last 2 days. I have to stop this starvation thing and start back to eating right. I did eat a piece of baked fish today and really that is all I have had and that was about 3 PM. I have had lots of fluids though. In fact I have already had over a gallon. I am praying tomorrow is better. So tired of stress in my life. Well....tomorrow is another day and praying it WILL be better. Enjoy your visit with your family and hope you are enjoying yourself.

Saturday was an off day for me. (No food plan, just doesn't work for me.) I'm grateful today is a new day, and I get to start over. One good thing about yesterday was that I restocked on all my healthy foods, so I'm set for the rest of the week. Today's plan is simple: no grazing.
