Three Years Out.......

Tomorrow it will be THREE YEARS since I had this life-changing surgery called RNY. I am hovering around my goal weight of 150 +/- 2 pounds, I feel great and I have had zero issues from my surgery.  Yes, I can eat a lot more than the first year but as long as I watch my carbs and get a moderate amount of exercise I have been able to maintain.

The picture below was taken last month when I was vacationing in Colorado.
Thank-you TMB for supporting me in my journey!

Hey there beekeeper, soap maker and sock-knitter, glad I checked in today and saw this.  (I rarely come here anymore, it's not like it used to be).  What a wonderful journey you've had and I'm glad I was along for the ride to see the end result.  You've done a fabulous job and I'm so happy for you and proud of you cuz we all know "this ain't the easy way out".
