Good morning!  Hope the week is going well for everyone!!!  What is your plan for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

B: Starbucks light frap
L: 2 multigrain crackers/salmon/cream cheese
D: Tilapia and Veggie
Snacks: 100 cal snack, WW ice cream bar

Here is my plan:

B protein latte
S homemade sf vanilla iced coffee
L salad with meat and LF dressing
D salmon and roasted eggplant
S frozen bananas made into "ice cream"

Exercise will be swimming laps again today.

Good morning ladies!  This week seems to be moving along nicely and I'm ready for the wknd to get here!

B: Vanilla/Mocha Click protein shake
S: Mixed Fruit Carbmaster yogurt
L: salad w/ turkey meat & salsa
S: Peach Carbmaster yogurt
D: Maybe Roadhouse(feel like eating a steak)- or plan b...chicken & biscuits casserole

B: Ham and cheese omelet /toast
L: Tilapia / rice / veggie / Cheddar biscuit  (leftover's from Red Lobster)
D: Not sure yet put will be a protein with veggie of some sort
S: Fruit / 100 - 200 snack
