Good morning!!!  The weekend is here!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Sooo glad it's the wknd!!! Up at 5am, did my 4 mile exercise tape and walked the dogs, now I'm exhausted! For those that say it gives them energy throughout the day, I say kuddos to you but it drains me!

B: banana protein shake
S: Kroger carbmaster yogurt (had watermelon instead)
L: Menudo
S: mango(had a chocolate peanut butter protein shake instead)
D: Lasagna House (lots of their house salad cuz I love it), 1/2 cup of carbonara

Have a wonderful wknd!!!

SUNDAY....

B: strawberry protein shake
S: popcorn- might go to the movies at 11 to see Zookeeper
L: tuna salad/ crackers
S: watermelon
D: turkey burgers
