 Hey all!!!

I'm up way too early for the weekend.  Its 6:20 and I've been up for almost 2 hours now.

Needing to post my food plan all over the place today.  Yesterday was a super fun day but MAN I went a little out of control nibbling in the evening.  Its been 2 weeks since I've recommited to eating correctly and that means I can't go nuts with the snacking again.

B:  Protein shake and a protein cookie (once I get to CM)
L: Protein shake
D: grilled something at the party tonight.

L: Applebees - probably chicken wrap

S; Fruit
64 oz of water

Good morning!  Planning on going to get some pool supplies for the kids today then just hanging out by the pool is our plan!!!

Plan:
B: 1/2 donut
L: Open face BLT
D: parm tilapia with sweet pepper sauce
Snacks: skinny cow

Good afternoon ladies!  So glad it's a 3 day wknd!

L: charbroiled pork & rice bowl from a Pho restaurant
D: Have no clue, going out with friends but we haven't decided where
