I'm up way too early for the weekend. Its 6:20 and I've been up for almost 2 hours now.
Needing to post my food plan all over the place today. Yesterday was a super fun day but MAN I went a little out of control nibbling in the evening. Its been 2 weeks since I've recommited to eating correctly and that means I can't go nuts with the snacking again.
B: Protein shake and a protein cookie (once I get to CM)
L: Protein shake
D: grilled something at the party tonight.
