William Ryan is the best valve surgeon in Texas, he operates out of Baylor Heart Hospital in Plano.  He did my double bypass, and mitral valve repair in December 2010.  If you ever want to talk, pm me your number, and I can tell you my experience.  Sending good vibs your way.
