Daily Plate Wednesday

Hey all.  I know Paige is on her way to or in Arizona.  Didn't see this going yet and I know its late but thought I'd get the thread going.

Today's plan is once again staying on top of my water consumption.  If I don't make it a priority every day I will just not drink enough.  Its my Achilles heel.

B: Protein shake
L: Protein shake
D: last of the leftovers.  Tonight will be half a piece of lasagna and a slice of lemon protein cake.
I know I need to decide on a couple of snacks too.  I'm wanting to nosh right now.  Will down some water and hopefully the snacky beast will relax for a little bit.

I never stay on top of my water consumption.  B4 surgery, I loved the stuff- now I can't stand the taste of it!  My husband thinks I'm nuts.  I might get in a good 40oz a day at best.

B: Vanilla Ice Cream Optimum Nutrition protein shake w/ almond milk
S: Lucerne yogurt
L: turkey tacos
S: pear
D: grilled chicken/salad

Good afternoon,

I have always struggled with getting in water but have been getting in at least 4 bottles the last couple of weeks.

My plan today
B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast (had to make it with a real egg today)
L: Tilapia / green beans / mashed potatoes
D: Steak / veggie
S; ????? 

64 oz of water

Thanks Jenn for getting us going today!!!!  We made it after 19 very long hours.... and yes I did the driving!!!!  We got in to Phoenix around 9 (Texas time) last night and managed to get the car unloaded and everything unpacked!  We had a bit of a crisis this morning as we were having trouble getting the wireless router to work... thank goodness we are connected now!!!!  We are 2 hours behind time wise so I will be posting in the evening for the next day so those of you who need to can post earlier!!!

Plan:
No plan today as we still need to go stock up on groceries!!!  But I did have a Believe RTD this morning that I brought with me!

Good morning. Here is my plan for today:

Exercise...ride bike, do Weights and crunches

B 1 cup of coffee, 2 eggs and bacon (only eating bacon because I have 2 cook 2 packages to have grease for my trash). I only eat it on rare occasions

S sf vanilla iced coffee

L sandwich on sandwich thin

S rice cakes

D baked fish and beans

S skinny cow
