tightening the abdomen and removing the excess will remove the hernias and yes insurance will pay because I am not getting a tummy tuck but hernia repair/removal!! yes it has been a win/win week for me!!

I am so relieved for you, and pray that this is the road to recovery!! Hey, make sure you get your doctor's order to leave your hospital room and roam free while you are recovering from surgery...check out the rooftop pavillion, it was spiritually/emotionally healing to drag my IV pole outside and take in a beautiful view and breathe some fresh air! As long as you have the doc green light and your nurse knows where you are, you are free to roam :)
