Support group Sat Central Market

OK all you slackers...we have support group in Fort Worth This Saturday At Central Market in Ft Worth (shopping center at I30 and Hulen!) at 9:30. Look for me on the patio, so we can soak up much needed vtamin d!

Remember...one of the keys to weight loss and maintaining weight loss is being in support group! This week bring your favorite wls friendly recipe to share with the group. I will bring copies of several I have for everybody!!

MEGGIE-I responded to your FB post, but will tell you here also, to be sure you get it. I don't want you to think I'm avoiding you..lol...just seems like there's always something going on, to keep me from attending-this Saturday I have the funeral of a long time friend-it's in Cleburne at 11am. We really DO need to get together though--it's been longer than I can even remember! I'd LOVE to have a copy of your recipes, if you could please save me a copy.

I'd rather go to CM than down to New Braunfels but its very important that we go, so we'll just have to see everyone in 2 weeks. Take care and have fun!
