Found a new items at Sprouts...Arctic Zero! 150 calories per pint, yes per pint!!!Fat free, Lactose intolerent friendly, gluten free! 1/2 cup is 6 gms of sugar and 37 calories, 4gms protein,and 2 gms of fiber. It is in the freezer section and is like soft serve ice cream. We got the chocolate peanut butter...yummo. Next time we will try chocolate mint cookie

REALIZE Band on 12/31/08

I LOVE this stuff. Word of warning though...if you see a flavor you like other than the normal vanilla, choc. peanut butter and strawberry banana...grab it! They don't always have the same flavors. I guess the company only produces certain flavors certain times of the year. :)
