Houston Support Group

Im looking to join a support group in the houston area. My doc said it would be a good idea to interact with other people who have gone through the surgery and I think it would be a way for me to get info and guidence. I live in NW houston but I'll travel wherever the meetings are. If anyone has room for one more I'd love to join:)

Hey there.. I know that they have a group in Pasedena that meets the second Monday of every month at the Panera on Fairmont and Paige that posts on here has monthly meetings also. 

Hi there.....here are a few meetings that I know of and attend each month....

Cy-Fair Support Group - meets 2nd Tuesday of every month @ 7:00pm.....contact Dee Siddens to get on her email list at dee.siddens@tenethealth.net...she will email you a reminder each month 

Woodlands Memorial Hermann Support Group - meets 3rd Thursday of every month @ 6:30pm.....we meet in the conference rooms next to the cafeteria.

Paige has a Mainstayers Support Group that meets every month at the Starbucks on the corner of Kuykendahl & Louetta in Spring @ 10:30am usually on the 3rd Saturday of each month. For January we will be meeting on 1/8/2011 @ 10:30am at the Starbucks.

Hope you can make it to a support meeting.....they are very helpful.

Thanks guys! My doc did mention the memorial herman support groups he just didn't have the 2011 schedule. I will be checking those meetings hope to see yall there.
