I am nearly done with my 2nd cup of coffee!
I will probably have oatmeal for breakfast.
I know for sure watermelon will be my snack for the day
Lunch... perhaps the cactus fritattas I made yesterday
and plenty of liquids (CL lemonade)

Working on grocery list and planning lunches for the week. Lunches are tricky now that I'm a "field nurse". I do NOT want to get in the drive thru/eat habit, but don't really want protein bars every day either. I'm going to have to cone up with "cold lunch" ideas I can carry in igloo bag. I have all kinds of "food keeper" gizmos, so I need to dig them out and get prepared.
It's gonna be a GREAT week!
