End of the weekend...end it on a good note.  I ate way more sweets yesterday than I needed to, a bite or two at a time!

Today's plan:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
SF McDonald's iced coffee
? for lunch...may eat out w/ family
protein and veggie for dinner

Good Morning!!

I am nearly done with my 2nd cup of coffee!

I will probably have oatmeal for breakfast. 
I know for sure watermelon will be my snack for the day
Lunch... perhaps the cactus fritattas I made yesterday
and plenty of liquids (CL lemonade)

Good morning! Working on my pre-breakfast coffee now...

S: Apple with PB..not going to buy a whole bag next time..I'm sick of 'em

L: I'm thinking I'll take the old man out for STEAK..haven't had any in awhile and there are NO groceries in the house...

S: Something with chicken, no doubt

Working on grocery list and planning lunches for the week. Lunches are tricky now that I'm a "field nurse". I do NOT want to get in the drive thru/eat habit, but don't really want protein bars every day either. I'm going to have to cone up with "cold lunch" ideas I can carry in igloo bag. I have all kinds of "food keeper" gizmos, so I need to dig them out and get prepared.

It's gonna be a GREAT week!
