who knows what else...will be at nephews grad dinner

I lost 8-9 lbs last month without meaning to so I think I'll just eat whatever sounds good. Scale says 149 again today. I couldn't wait for that number to arrive and now that it's here, it means nothing.
Burgers on the grill with friends tonight is the only definate on my menu.
