I love starting up the train..it makes feel feel productive or should I say conductive! Bwahahahaha!
R&S this morning then work. Good new, I am NOT per menopausel but taking evening primrose seems to help what seem to be private summers! Liver and kidneys fine! Thyroid levels right on target! However I do have low blood sugar,so I do need carbs in diet but am so ppose to eat the with protein. Not just graze on carbs. Same with fruit eat it with protein. IE: apples and pb, pears wrapped w/prosiutto...I think I can do that!!
Now lets get this party started and have a great day!!!

I am downing my second cup of coffee. Going to have my dog groomed today and do some studying off and on today. I may make some cactus fritattas. A friend from school gives me fresh eggs, so you know it's got to be good!!

I'm headed to Downtown Garland this morning to try to sell some jewelry. Then dinner with non-wls friends tonight. Had some friends of ours book the cruise but Carnival couldn't find our booking number so they don't count as being in our group. Anyway-Renee and Larry will be joining us. Morning! Sipping my protein shake then heading out to IKEA this morning. Hoping to meet up with the Collin Cty group there and maybe do a little browsing around the store. I may stop on the way home at a thrift store and see if I can find some shirts. I don't really "need" any, but I'd like to have something new to me. After that heading home to pick up Jeff and go get his car from the shop. It needs a new radiator and hoses to the tune of $500, so it's going to sit at the apartment for a couple of months till we save up the money. We've got a plan on how to deal with one car only for a while, and who knows maybe it will work out long term.

I am sitting here cooling down sipping on my second protein drink. I just finished walking 3.1 miles around my neighborhood. At first I thought why am I doing this for a silly WW charm, but then I thought it was to prove to myself I can do this. 7 weeks post op and I am able to move. I am blessed to have finished this. Now to go cool off, and the bf is treating me to lunch at Ghengis Grill. Nice thing I can go pretty much all protein lol. And watch the sauces.

Just sitting here sipping my SBUX tea and saw your smiling face. Paul just brought Heather home from taking her SAT this morning. She said "mom, my head is gonna have a melt-down after that test"!!!
Paul took Heather and Sarah to Smoothie King and got them drinks, brought V one home too. He walked in the door and was like, "holy cow, I spent a fortune on three drinks! YEP!!!
Ok, need to go put on the referee stripes and break up a "tiff"... uuugh....
