lots of liquids
protein coffee
school awards breakfast...will eat protein!
hamburger for lunch at my sisters
? for dinner...will eat protein again. Haven't thawed anything yet.

Good morning!
I'm still ptretty much sticking to my "rut" since lunches are up in the air while I'm in Orientation with another nurse. When I get out on my own I'll have more input on where we eat-as it is, I can always find protein/salad/etc...

Ive got to get back on track.....gained another 5 lbs..........I deserve it too and then some..........
so - thats it...........TIME TO GET BACK ON THE WAGON !
Dinner - maybe boston market so that I can eat healthier choices.

- As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain. Not happy about that.
