Back again for another tempting weekend...make a plan!

My plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
school awards breakfast...will eat protein!
hamburger for lunch at my sisters
? for dinner...will eat protein again.  Haven't thawed anything yet.

protein drink samich on sndwich thin w/pb&sfjam
chips
sf tastycake
ranier cherries
lots and lots of fluid
not sure on dinner may get ken to make tuna salad
protein bar
sf fudgesicle

Good morning!

I'm still ptretty much sticking to my "rut" since lunches are up in the air while I'm in Orientation with another nurse. When I get out on my own I'll have more input on where we eat-as it is, I can always find protein/salad/etc...

D: hoping to work tonight-have plenty of Click/jerky/Pure protien bars in my overnight work bag

Good morning everyone.....

100 oz  liquids......
b -  WEight Control Maple & Brown Sugar oatmeal.....

Not sure what holds for the rest of the day........brother has car......hope that he'll call me for lunch.
I'm thinking chicken salad of some sort......

Ive got to get back on track.....gained another 5 lbs..........I deserve it too and then some..........
so -  thats it...........TIME TO GET BACK ON THE WAGON !

Dinner - maybe boston market so that I can eat healthier choices.

  • Current Weight:  263  
  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.

MAN!!!! When I had my WLS tool... I forgot just how hard it was to be good and stay on track.  Here we go AGAIN!!!!

Todays plan that I am STICKING with:

Turkey Sandwich with chili cheese fritos.

Cheese and crackers


AVOIDING -- NO MATTER WHAT
