Okay, I think yesterday's post made a lot of us think more positively, so I thought I'd try it again!

The power of positive thinking can improve your life and is your key to success!

1. Do you consider yourself to be a positive person? If not, why not start today?
2. If you could do something positive for yourself, without worrying about money, what would it be?

4. Where is your favorite vacation spot or dream vacation?
5. What do you do to relieve stress?
6. Write a sentence of positive affirmation to yourself!

1. Do you consider yourself to be a positive person? If not, why not start today? I do consider myself to be positive. I'm guity of stinkin' thinkin' at times, but I made a vow to try my best not to be negative!

2. If you could do something positive for yourself, without worrying about money, what would it be? I think it would be spending a few weeks with my sweetie, with no phones, no TV, no interruptions and no stress!

3.Tell us something positive about today! I actually ate some chicken at lunch today, haven't had any meat in a while!

4. Where is your favorite vacation spot or dream vacation? Caddo Lake B&B

5. What do you do to relieve stress? I work out in my veggie garden, pulling weeds, picking veggies, watering....instant therapy for me!

6. Write a sentence of positive affirmation to yourself! I am on my way to a Bachelor's degree and I am so worth it!

 Good Afternoon Gina,

1. Do you consider yourself to be a positive person? If not, why not start today?    Yes I do consider myself a positive person but I like you sometimes lets the "stinkin thinkin"in my brain.
2. If you could do something positive for yourself, without worrying about money, what would it be?  Probably go and have all the excess skin on my body removed and get a facelift.
3.Tell us something positive about today!    Today is much cooler than I expected and I have made wise food choices today.
4. Where is your favorite vacation spot or dream vacation?   Haven't been there yet.  LOL  Probably Hawaii.
5. What do you do to relieve stress?   Walk and cry.
6. Write a sentence of positive affirmation to yourself!    I have come a long way from where I started at 4 1/2 years ago and I am very proud of  where I am but I want to get better !!!

Most days I am a positive person...I will start today to make EVERYDAY a day to be positive

I would have to day getting the knee fixed and be walking worry free

I went to the ER (long story look at temptation thursday for explaination) and my ankle wasn't as bad as the PT people thought...just need to not over do the walking thing.
4. Where is your favorite vacation spot or dream vacation?
The Galapagos islands would be my dream vacation
5. What do you do to relieve stress?
Put the stress into words...just explaining any stress I'm having to myself or someone else lets me calm down a bit

I will continue my journey of bettering my health and self. I will not over do the new fangled walking thing (that everyone else is so good at).

I love the idea of the Positive Thinking QOTD...I am looking back at this past week's as well to do that one too (better late then never right?).

Yep, for the most part.  Although sometimes I can be sarcastic, I'm never cynical or negative.

2. If you could do something positive for yourself, without worrying about money, what would it be?
Go to a spa on a beautiful beach for a month!

3.Tell us something positive about today!
Today I almost...not quite, but almost caught up on my e-mail!

4. Where is your favorite vacation spot or dream vacation?
The best vacation I ever had was on Great Exuma island in the Bahamas.  I had to go there for work...yes, I know really hard work...and I got to stay over for $99/night (AT THE FOUR SEASONS!!!) OMG, it was so amazing.  I set on the beach for like 4 days straight while people brought me cool towels, sprayed me with Evian, delivered drinks and popscycles.  Oh, that was the best week ever.  I called back to work and extended my stay, I think that they thought I was never coming back.  Since then, the Four Seasons went under there (probably because people like me got a $99/rate :)
5. What do you do to relieve stress?
I have to exert myself physically really hard to get rid of the stress.  Prior to surgery I would do the stairmill or climb stairs...since surg. haven't had the energy to do that yet.  Maybe soon!

I have always dreamdreamed of traveling through Australia, ssuba divivg the great barrier reef, going to that crc parkn the land of the Aborigionies, sidny,just all of it!!!5. What do you do to relieve stress? verbally purge, prosac and avoidance!

1. Do you consider yourself to be a positive person? If not, why not start today? I consider myself to be a realist, but I appreciate every blessing in my life and set realistic expectations for the future.

2. If you could do something positive for yourself, without worrying about money, what would it be? I would move closer to my office to shorten my commute.

3.Tell us something positive about today! I'm getting ready for guests coming throughout the rest of the month.

4. Where is your favorite vacation spot or dream vacation? Favorite beach vacation: Honduras; favorite city vacation: San Francisco; Dream beach vacation Fiji.

5. What do you do to relieve stress? Drive faster than I should (which when I get caught ends up creating more stress lol); spend time with friends and family that make me laugh; sprawl at the Adult Pool.
