It looks like everyone has a plan and it doesn't matter if it is the same everyday or you change it up everyday as long as you have a plan!
My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Click shake
chicken piccata for lunch
steak and squash for dinner

Good morning! It's difficult to plan right now, until I get into a "groove" with the new job, so I'm taking powdered shakes and packaged bars, as "back up", since I never know yet if microwave, tc is going to be available. I think today is a day lunch is brought in by the boss.
