It looks like everyone has a plan and it doesn't matter if it is the same everyday or you change it up everyday as long as you have a plan!

My plan for today:

lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Click shake
chicken piccata for lunch
steak and squash for dinner

think thin bar
pb cheese crackers
somethong at the porhouse for dinner
protein drink
lots of fluids!

Good morning! It's difficult to plan right now, until I get into a "groove" with the new job, so I'm taking powdered shakes and packaged bars, as "back up", since I never know yet if microwave, tc is going to be available. I think today is a day lunch is brought in by the boss.

Just bagged up today's vitamins. Water bottle is in the car

L = 2.5 oz tuna in low carb wrap

D= = veggies w/some sort of meat at Black Eye Pea -  girlfriend night
