Good Morning and Happy Memorial Day! First Day back to work and fingers crossed I make it through the whole day! I did get arelatively light pair of glasses to wear under the bright lights of work since I am still light sensitive!

I had a terrific day yesterday, bfast w/Ken, time w/Mom, all afternoon w/bonus kids and grands including time in the pool. I was declared the very palest skinned person in the family and that a ghost would look tan next to me, but I did wind up with some  color on my face!!

Good Morning Train Riders!!

Happy Memorial Day and a huge thank you to those who have served their country both past and present.

Been doing homework (not required) so I can be a head of the game somewhat.  Not much going on today other than taking it easy AFTER moving stuff out of our shed.  I spoke to my granddaughters yesterday, they were both tickled pink because I gave them some aprons that belonged to my grandmother, their great great grandmother.

WOOOOOHOOOO for HOLIDAYS!  LOL  I spent yesterday with my kiddos, which always seems to mean spending too much money, lol, but I got snuggle bunny time in the Ms Becca and today's a BONUS day so I get to go do it again! WOOOOHOOOO!~  We're gonna grill, eat, drink, and play dominos... LOL

Prayers are going up for all that need them!

Morning everyone.

Today umm yeah, his alarm went off at 6:30, and the dog said time to get up, so here we are.  Today we have some friends coming over, one with her daughter, I cannot wait to finally meet the lil one.  We have plans to just take it easy, grill some burgers and hot dogs, and just enjoy.  I made cookies last night for today for them, and for one of my IT guys at work, who could eat a whole cake and not gain an ounce ugh.  But the dough is out of my house finally lol.

Still need to make deviled eggs for today, and just straighten up a few things and then it will be fun time.  Hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday.

Good morning.  Reporting in today from Rowlett.  Paige and I will be heading back around 8:30 to go home.  I have a graduation party for my nephew at 5:00 and have to go home and make a cake first.

We've had a blast at Steph's this weekend.  It has been so much fun visiting everyone.

Thanks so much to all the veterans and active duty soldiers who have given of themselves for our freedom.

Good morning!!  I hate to see this wonderful weekend end!  Stephanie has been so sweet opening her home to us this weekend!  I can't think of a more wonderful way to spend my 2 year surgiversary!!!    Karla and I will be heading home shortly but I'm sure not until we get hooked up at Starbucks!!  I have enjoyed getting to know so many TMB'ers better this weekend.

Good Morning everyone!  I am up early today and no work so I actually have time to post.  Going to enjoy my extra day off.  Possibly a bbq to go to if my baby is feeling up to it.  He wasn't feeling well yeterday so we shall see.  Other than relaxing no plans which is how I like it.  Lots going on this next month for me.  My family is coming into town and we are doing a mini family reunion.  Guess hose hosting it????  LOL yep me!  So I see some cleaning and scrambling to get everything together.  I am looking forward to it though.  My birthday is coming up as well and my honey is taking me to see Tim McGraw and Lady A!  Can you say EXCITED!  Busy times busy times but that isn't unusual anymore.  I always seem busy these days.  Welcome back to the work force right???  Life is good and I am happy and really that is all that matters.  Hope you all have a wonderful day!  Happy Memorial Day and THANK YOU to all those that keep us safe!

Just got up.  But then again, I only went to be less than 3 hours ago.  Came up from work and put the brisket on the grill.  Just replenished the charcoal and put the beans on.
